When you wrote tide sniffing, I was thinking that perhaps instead of laundry detergent...you were might have meant tide, as in tides from the sea. Now I know this is not the case here, but imagine if you could get high with tides from the sea...............you'd see a increased visitation to beaches, now wouldn't you........althought this would most likely make the beaches even more dangerous....drug dealers frocking to the sea.......hmmm.....quite fun....
